Dino Lingo

Dino Lingo was received as a complimentary part of the Mom VoxBox from Influenster for review. Dino Lingo is a language program designed for young children to learn common words and phrases in a foreign language. They currently have over 20 languages to choose from. I sampled a Korean lesson on their website at www.dinolingo.com. It started with very upbeat music and fun cartoon animals and dinosaurs. It then gave me words in print as well as spoken for different animals which were shown in videos. It was very colorful and lively and definitely designed to keep a child's attention. The program is made up of five DVDs, 100 flash cards, posters, and a parent's guide. The program is intended for children ages 2-7 and will teach basic phrases and the names of everyday objects. It provides a perfect start to learning a second language.
